Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板の一主表面上に或る間隔をおいて対向
配置した２個の電極と、この両電極の相対向する
端辺間を結んで形成された抵抗被膜とから成り、
上記両電極の相対向する端辺相互間の間隔を電極
の幅方向について不均一とすることにより両電極
を結ぶ上記抵抗被膜の両側辺の長さに長短の差を
つけ、この側辺にトリミングのための切欠きを設
けて成る、集積回路用の抵抗体。
