Claims (1)
久磁石の組合せからなる円筒状磁性体部に、引き
出し線の片側とリードスイツチのリード端子片側
が、連続して成形されているフープ材の成形品に
共通接続され、又はフープ材の成形された1部を
引き出し線とし、尚かつ引き出し線とリードスイ
ツチガラス管部が一方向に引き出し線及びリード
スイツチのリードの一部を残し、平行に接続部と
同一樹脂成形されている成形品を挿入接着してい
る二端子型温度スイツチに於て、フープ材により
リードスイツチのリード端子と引き出し線を接続
し、同時に樹脂成形し、所要の部品を組立てて温
度スイツチとし、後フープ材より温度スイツチを
切断して完成品とし、磁性体の絶縁処理、又は、
フープ材を利用したチエーンリード方式による連
続製造方法を可能にした構造とすることを特徴と
