CONSTITUTION:A computer 5 controls a storage device 6 for storing the present utilization and reservation states of a parking equipment and a user's registration code which has been registered in advance, etc., a controller 7 for executing write and read-out to and from said device, a central processor 8 for executing not only a control of these respective devices but also a calculation of a charge, when a reserved time zone has a elapsed, a timer 9 and a driving controller 10 of the parking equipment. Also, to this system, a user's terminal CRT 12 and a telephone set 13 are connected through a VAN 11, and a telephone circuit 14, respectively, and moreover, it is connected to a computer, as well, of a financial agency having a user's account through a bank VAN 15. It will suffice that a user finds out a suitable vacant space by the terminal 12 and inputs a garage-incoming reservation signal by the telephone set 13.
