Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a plurality of cooling utilization values and to enable a roaster to be easily cleaned in every corner, by a method wherein a cooking plate is situated to the upper part of a heater, an upper cover, the cooking plate, and a back reflection plate are removably mounted, and with the upper cover removed, cooking can be effected on the cooking plate. CONSTITUTION:For cooking, an upper cover 1 of a roaster body is removed, and after a cooking plate 7 situated on a heater 11 is wrapped with an aluminum foil, a door 5 is opened. A food to be cooked is placed on a grill 19, the removed upper cover 1 is located, the door 5 is closed, and through energization of the heater 11 by regulating a control knob 25, the food to be cooked is roasted. By removaly mounting the upper cover 1, the upper cover 1 is removed separately from cooking in a cooking chamber and the food to be cooked is placed on the cooking plate 7 placed on the heater 11 to perform cooking. Since heat generated from the three heaters 11 is uniformly collided with the whole of the cooking plate 7, roasting of the food to be cooked can be uniformly finished. When a cooking chamber is contaminated, since the upper cover and the back reflection plate can be easily removed, cleaning of every corner can be effected.
