理できると共に、本格的な鉄板焼機能をあわせ持
ち、さらに焼肉調理も可能とした電気調理器を提
供しようとするものである。

れば、ハンバーグやローストビーフの美味を逃す
ことなく最適条件で仕上げることができる。又上
ヒーター2を使わずに第1図のように上ボデイー
1を開放するか、あるいは第2図のように取りは
ずしてしまつても下ヒーター7の通電を可能にし
ておくことにより、いわゆる「ホツトプレート」
としての機能を発揮させることができる。さらに
プレートを裏返し、第1図及び第6図に示すよう
に凹凸面を使用すると、ステーキあるいは焼肉の
調理に適する。この場合、ステーキ14を焼くと
プレート8の凸の部分のみが焼かれ他の部分はそ
の伝導熱で加熱されるだけで、肉の凝固が少なく
柔らかく焼き上げられると共に不用な油類15が
溝へ逃げ、従つてフラツトな鉄板では望めない最
適な焼方が可能となる。

面の凹凸面を使用すれば、焼肉を最適条件で行な
うことができる等一つのプレートで2種類の調理
方法に使用できる等実用上の効果は大きい。
