Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molded body, having a good roughened surface with many micropores and high adhesive properties and convertible into a highly decorative pattern, by almost uniformly embedding powder in a softened surface in melt molding a plastic, dissolving and removing the powder. CONSTITUTION:A molded product, obtained by almost uniformly embedding powder having 0.1-100mum, especially 0.5-5mum average particle diameter in the surface which is still in a molten or softened state in melt molding a plastic, treating the surface with a liquid capable of decomposing or dissolving the powder to remove the power and having many micropores almost uniformly on the surface. The maximum value of cross-sectional area of inner pores parallel to the surface is larger than that of the surface openings in most of the micropores. Common salt or Glauber's salt is used as the powder.
