Abstract

PURPOSE:To always maintain the drawing force of a ribbon at the time of feeding the ribbon constant and to preferably transfer a printing quality by providing disc-like flanges rotated integrally with two cores at the cores on which a transfer type ink ribbon is repeatedly wound. CONSTITUTION:Disc-like flanges 53a, 53b in contact with the inner face of a cassette case 51 are formed integrally with cores 52a, 52b at upper side of an ink ribbon winding side core 52 and at lower sides of an original winding side core 52b. When an ink ribbon 3 wound on the core 52b is drawn, the flange 53b is rotated in contact with the inner face of the case 51. That is, the winding end face of the ribbon 3 is not contacted directly with the inner face of the case 51. Thus, the resisting force at the time of rotating the core 52b is determined according to only a friction between the lower face of the flange 53b and the inner face of the case 51, the drawing force becomes constant irrespective of the disorder of winding of the ribbon 3, and a transfer of high printing quality can be performed even at the time of repeatedly transferring.
