CONSTITUTION:One end of a printing needle 1 is fixed to the lever part 2 of an armature 8, and one end of the actuator 3 of the armature 8 is fixed to a leaf spring 6. At the same time, one end of the leaf spring 6 is fastened by a spring holder 6, and the printing needle 1 is caused to collide with a platen system including ink ribbon and paper by the actuator 3 of the armature 8 through the lever part 2, thus performing printing. At that time, the leaf spring 5 is arranged obliquely with the attraction surface of the actuator 3 of the armature 8. Consequently, the rear of the actuator 3 is prevented from becoming afloat by the inertia of the actuator 3, by the action of the leaf spring 5 when the printing needle 1 impacts with a platen system. For this reason, it is possible to cancel the horizontal vibration of the actuator 3 and accelerate the printing speed of a wire dot printer.
