CONSTITUTION:A comparatively small energizing force by a 1st cylindrical spring 6a from the initial point of a press stroke till an intermediate point and a comparatively large energizing force by the 1st cylindrical spring 6a and a 2nd cylindrical spring 6b from immediately before the termination point of the press stroke till the termination point act on an inner punch 8. As a result, it is possible to prevent excess thickness from bulging to the corner part of a hole bottom easy to occur near the termination of the press stroke.
