Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize a vibration leakage by providing a mounting part connected with a bending part only at one side without unifying the width of the bending part connected from a vibrating part. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 1 is composed of a vibrating part 2 and a supporting part 3, and formed integrally in one in body by an etching method. The vibrating part 2 executes the expansion movement in a lengthwise direction by an electric field driving from an external part, and simultaneously, vibrates in the same way in a vertical direction, namely, even in the direction of a bridge part 5. By the ratio of a length L and a width W of a bending part 4 of the supporting part 3, the suppression of a vibration in a lengthwise direction can be prevented. From the vibrating part 2 through the bridge part 5 to the bending part 4, the vibrator 1 is formed integrally in one body by the etching method and the difference in level is provided so that an end part can have the boundary conditions which goes to a support. At one side of the bending part 4, a mounting part 7 is provided.
