Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 回路周波数の温度応答性周波数変動を補償す
るため、同調ダイオードを介して同調電源に接続
された温度応答性分圧器を具える可同調無線周波
回路において、 前記温度応答性分圧器は電圧源と基準電位点と
の間に接続したNTC抵抗と直列抵抗との直列接
続を有し、前記同調ダイオードを該NTC抵抗を
通じて基準電位点に接続してなることを特徴とす
る可同調無線周波回路。 2 前記分圧器は、NTC抵抗と電圧源との間に
直列に接続した可変抵抗を含み、同調電圧に応じ
てその値を変化する如くした実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の可同調無線周波回路。 3 前記可変抵抗はトランジスタを有し、該トラ
ンジスタの可制御電極を同調電源に接続し、また
その入出力通路をNTC抵抗と直列に配置してな
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の可同調無
線周波回路。
