Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 湿度検出センサの感湿特性の良否を判定するた
    めの検定装置であつて、一面が開閉可能とされた
    気密性容器内に、アスマン乾湿球計と、前記湿度
    検出センサをセツト可能なデユープローブおよび
    露点温度計を配設してなり、前記デユープローブ
    にセツトした湿度検出センサの温度安定後、前記
    露点温度計により計測した露点温度を、前記アス
    マン乾湿球計の計測値を使用して空気線図から求
    めた露点温度と比較することにより、前記湿度検
    出センサの良否を判定することを特徴とする湿度
    検出センサの検定装置。
