CONSTITUTION:On the upper face of a porous ceramic humidity sensible plate 1, an electrode 2 is provided in a shape of a comb, and to the opposite electrode 2 side of the humidity sensible plate 1, a heating plate 6 provided with a pole plate 5 on both faces of a PTC thermistor 4 is adhered. The PTC thermistor which has received a supply of power through the pole plate 5 is heated, and the heating plate 6 heats the humidity sensible plate 1 a little higher than a room temperature. Therefore, since a slow air current is generated incessantly on the surface of the electrode 2 side of the humidity sensible plate 1, a suspended matter scarcely sticks to the surface of this electrode 2 side, and this surface can always work as a humidity sensor having high sensitivity.
