Abstract

The enzyme immobilized film 6 is formed by mixing 100vol.pts. photosetting type resin product consisting of polyethylene glycol as its main chain and having photosetting ethylenic double bonds at both terminals or in the molecule, 1vol.pt. dye type polymerization initiator, 50vol.pts. enzyme liquid consisting of 100mM peroxidase and luminol and 50mM phosphoric acid buffer soln., and 0.1vol.pt. 3- trimethoxysilane, coating the mixture on the substrate by a spin coating method and fixing the coating. The thickness of this enzyme film is 50mum.
