CONSTITUTION:An ascending position at the time of allowing a sensor 2 to ascend along the Z axis is calculated by a profile end time Z axis ascending distance setting part 55, and a result of calculation is outputted to a profile end processing part 56. The profile end processing part 56 sends a signal to a locus interpolation processing part 53, based on the result of this calculation, and allows the sensor 2 to ascend along the Z axis. The profile end processing part 56 receives an X and Y coordinate value data of the next measurement start teaching point from a teaching program decoding processing part 52, and calculates an X axis/Y axis moving extent. Its result is inputted to the locus interpolation processing part 53, and the sensor 2 moves to the upper part of the next measurement start teaching point.
