Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in ionic conductivity and transparency and moldable into a thin film, by mixing a specified matrix polymer with an electrolyte salt compound and an aprotic organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A matrix polymer (A) is obtained by polymerizing at least 50wt% macromer (a) of formula III (wherein R2-4 are each R1, R5-6 and R9 and l and m are each n), obtained from a compound of any one of formulas I-II (wherein R1 and R8 are each H or CH3, Y is a 1-20C bivalent ester residue, R9 is H, a 1-20C alkyl, a 6-20C aryl, and n is 2-60) and tetrachlorosilane with at most 50wt.% vinyl monomer (b) copolymerizable therewith. Component A is mixed with an electrolyte salt compound (e.g., LiClO4) (B) in an amount of 2-200 equivalents of the alkylene oxide groups of component A to one equivalent of the electrolyte salt and 80-1wt.%, based on component A, aprotic organic solvent (C) (e.g., propylene carbonate).
