Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 支持ピンによつて支持された振動体を励振
    させ、この振動体の振動の変化に基づいて角速度
    を検出するようにした振動型角速度検出装置にお
    いて、 上記振動体と上記支持ピンとを密閉容器内に密
    閉するとともに、ガラス製の固定部材によつて支
    持ピンを密閉容器に固定してなることを特徴とす
    る振動型角速度検出装置。 (2) 上記密閉容器が真空密閉されたガラス製の
    容器であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の振動型角速度検出装置。
