CONSTITUTION:A patterned coating film is formed on the surface of glass plate glass by thermochromic ink of inorganic compound-based ceramic blended with a frit-based binder and aluminum oxide powder and calcined in a high- temperature atmosphere. The amount of aluminum oxide blended is usually 0.1-0.3wt.% based on thermochromic pigment powder. Oozing occurs when the amount of the aluminum oxide is <=0.1wt.% and change in color of thermochromic material is influenced when the amount of aluminum oxide is >=0.3wt.%. The ranges are not preferable.
