A large space, therefore, is generated between a valve 1 warped upward and the valve retainer 4, and pressurized fluid is passed through the nozzle and sprayed. In order to stop the spraying of the fluid, the voltage applied to the electrode of the valve 1 is reduced down to zero, or the valve 1 is moved downward by applying the voltage in the reverse direction and simultaneously the voltage applied to the piezoelectric element 5 connected with the valve retainer 4 is reduced down to zero or the voltage in the reverse direction is applied.
