部に前記筒状部が嵌合する嵌合部を設け、この嵌
合部の外周に円周溝を形成するとともにこの円周
溝の下方にストツパを突設し、また前記筒状部の
下部に弾性片を形成する一対のスリツトを設け、
この弾性片の内面に前記筒状部の前記先端口部へ
の嵌合時に前記円周溝と係合する係合突起を設け
、さらに前記筒状部の下端に前記ストツパと係合
して前記筒状部の円周方向の動きを係止する係止
