ツプ５０とのいずれか一方に係止棒６０を設ける
と共に、他方にこの係止棒６０を嵌入させる係止

止棒６０を挿通させる取付孔４１を設け、上記係
止棒６０を取付孔４１を通して係止孔６１に嵌入
