Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove a trouble for adding the information of a circulation history and to improve the reliability of the circulation history by adding a subscriber's name and a terminator's name every generation of an electronic mail, recording the history and inhibiting a user from entering and editing the history. CONSTITUTION:When conference information is inputted from a keyboard 11 on a terminal A, the format of the conference information is read out from a ROM 13, transferred to a RAM 14 and displayed. The operator enters the contents in a format space part to complete a message. Then, a necessary item is inputted and entered and a history forming part 16 adds a circulation history independently of an operator's instruction. The electronic mail is transmitted to a mail server M through an interface(IF) 18 and a line 19 and stored in an area B of a mail box 33. A processor 32 informs that the electronic mail specifying B as a destination is included in the box 33 to a terminal B. The terminal B calls the mail, stores it in the RAM 14 through the IF 18 and displays it. The terminal B transfers the contents similarly to other terminals including other attendants at the conference.
