Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スリーブ内の貫通孔に軸方向で摺動可能なボデ
ーを嵌挿し、該ボデーの一端から圧力ポートを有
する第１の有底孔をボデー軸方向に形成し、上記
ボデーの他端から作動ポートを有する第２の有底
孔をボデー軸方向に形成し、さらにボデーの他端
部に取り付け部を形成し、 ボデーの第１の有底孔および第２の有底孔の底
部から該ボデーの外周方向に連通孔をそれぞれ形
成し、 スリーブとボデーとが相対的に摺動することで
ボデーの外周一端部とスリーブの内周一端部とで
着離して両連通孔間を連通・遮断する第１の通路
をボデーの外周部とスリーブの内周部との間に形
成し、 上記第１の通路を遮断するボデーとスリーブの
位置で第２の有底孔側に設けた連通孔を通じて作
動ポートからの圧縮空気を大気側に開放すると共
に、第１の通路を連通するボデーとスリーブとの
位置でボデーの外周一端部とスリーブの内周一端
部とが当接して大気側と遮断する第２の通路をボ
デーの外周部とスリーブの内周部との間に形成し
た残圧排気弁。
