  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発泡性熱可塑性合成樹脂の水平移動式型内
    成形金型のキヤビテイー周囲に位置しキヤビテイ
    ー型とコア型の接合部で形成される空気逃げ溝の
    奥行寸法を大なる部分と小なる部分にして形成し
    てなることを特徴とする発泡性熱可塑性合成樹脂
    の型内成形用金型。 (2) キヤビテイーに対し上方から原料粒子を充
    填する金型において、上部の空気逃げ溝の奥行寸
    法を大とし下部の奥行寸法を小としてなる実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の発泡性熱可塑性合
    成樹脂の型内成形用金型。 (3) 接合部を構成するランド部の長さに差を設
    けることで空気逃げ溝の奥行寸法を調整した実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の発泡
    性熱可塑性合成樹脂の型内成形用金型。
