Claims (1)
- 水を収納する容器２と、容器２内の水を加熱沸
騰させる主発熱体５と、保温用発熱体９とを備え
、温度検出素子１４により沸騰を検知して主発熱
体５への通電を停止させるとともに保温用発熱体
９への通電を制御して保温状態を維持する電気湯
沸器に於いて、通常約９５℃の保温をするととも
に、沸騰検出後に前記主発熱体５への通電を停止
した後の一定時間保温用発熱体９への通電を制御
して沸騰状態の温度を維持させる制御手段１６を
設けたことを特徴とする電気湯沸器。
