Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operatability, in a lever type operation panel for car air-conditioner, by incorporating an indication panel rotatable corresponding to moving distance of slide lever in an operating knob and making switching indication on the indication panel viewable through window in the operating knob. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical indication panel 9 having a plurality of switching indications on the surface is assembled in an operating knob 4, and when a slide lever 8 is moved along a slide groove 2, the indication panel 9 rotates corresponding to the moving distance of the slide lever 8 so as to face a corresponding switching indication with an indication window 15 made through the operating knob 4. Consequently, switching indication is illuminated by a lamp 13 and magnified through a semi-cylindrical lens 16 thus enabling easy confirmation through the indication window 15 from the driver's seat, resulting in improvement of operatability.
