Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the energy dissipated as an electromagnetic wave by controlling a driving element by an OR between an input and a signal resulting from the input with time delay to relax the steep change in the output voltage waveform. CONSTITUTION:A high potential driving element 13 and a low potential driving element 16 are provided, which are controlled by OR circuits 12, 15 ORing an input signal from an input terminal and a signal from delay circuits 11, 14. Then the control ON period a2 of the high potential driving element 13 is a period from the change point of the input terminal voltage till a delay time d2 to be elapsed and the control ON period a3 of the low potential driving element 16 is a period from the change point of the input terminal voltage till a delay time d1 is elapsed. That is, both the driving elements 13, 16 are turned on at the initial state of the rise and fall of the output waveform to drive by an intermediate voltage to an output load. Thus, the steep change in the output voltage waveform is relaxed.
