PURPOSE:To bend uniformly a lead wire, cut the tip part in a desired length, and enable the automation of work, by providing an upper tooth member with a desired curvature at a position in contact with the root part of the lead wire, and bending the lead wire at the root part. CONSTITUTION:By a gear 22 meeting with a gear 14, the power of a driving mechanism 4 is delivered via a shaft 23, and a bending sector 6 is rotated about 90 deg.. Between the lower surface (a) of an upper tooth 1 and the upper surface (b) of a lower tooth 60A facing the lower surface (a), the lead wire 24 of a printed wiring board 7 is piched and bent. An inclination angle alpha is formed on the upper surface (b) of the lower tooth 60A as well as the lower surface (a) of the upper tooth 1.
