    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光源と、固体撮像素子がその受光面を露出した
    状態で載置されると共に少なくとも接続線が樹脂
    で被覆され且つその受光面側に被検査カバーガラ
    スが載置されるヘツダと、固体撮像素子からの出
    力をモニターするモニター装置を有し、上記光源
    からの光を上記被検査カバーガラスを通して上記
    固体撮像素子に受光させ、上記モニター装置に上
    記被検査カバーガラスの映像を出すことを特徴と
    する固体撮像装置用カバーガラスの検査装置。
