Abstract

PURPOSE: To change coefficient of friction, improve in heat release and abrasion and manufacture favorably by arranging a plurality of emboss segments in a ring-like manner on the outward surface of a cover pre-formed with powdered metal and sintering with another piece of material being put thereon. Furthermore, powdered metal is put in a mold having the shape of the cover 12 and pressed to be pre-formed and a different kind of material piece is placed on the segment thereof and sintered to partially obtain a desired coefficient of friction. Accordingly, improvement in heat release and abrasion can be achieved and the product can be manufactured favorably.
