Claims (1)
- 光変調信号を受けて動作するホトトランジスタ
の出力端と負荷抵抗の間に、前記ホトトランジス
タの動作時に前記負荷抵抗に生じる電圧に対し前
記ホトトランジスタのバツフアとして動作するゲ
ート接地方式のＦＥＴを介挿したことを特徴とす
る光復調回路。
