Abstract
PURPOSE:To wind and unwind a multistripe metallic band without performing control by separating winding rings to wind the multistripe metallic band for each stripe and by controlling these not only by frictions on rotating peripheral surface but also by frictions of side face to apply pushing force. CONSTITUTION:A hollow shaft 1 of a sleeve is externally inserted to a rotating shaft for winding in winding machine and fixed. Then, in the state that fastening rings 8 of both sides and side face friction rings 5 and winding ring of each metallic band winding member are abutted on each other, when the fastening rod 10 is inserted into whole through holes 8a, 4b, the fastening rod 10 is drawn out to make the winding ring 4 possible to rotate individually.
