Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture a molding tool, made of concrete and having high strength, by a method wherein through holes, penetrating the main body of the tool, are formed in the process of pouring concrete slurry and curing it and another process of inserting bolts into the through holes and heating them is provided while nuts are screwed to the bolts, heated to a predetermined temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A frame 6 and an upper frame 7 are attached to a model 5, then, concrete slurry 8 is poured to form the main body of a molding tool while through holes 12, penetrating through the main body, are formed during the process of curing the concrete slurry.
