Abstract
PURPOSE:To mold a solid concrete column whose cross-section is square having good surface finish and high strength, by fully filling concrete in an inner concrete form, jointing a bottom form base with a top form base and rotating the concrete form where the top and bottom forms are in a body. CONSTITUTION:An iron reinforcing cage is placed in a bottom inner concrete form 1 to provide bars and an end plate 1c is fixed on the end part. Brackets 7 and 8 are clamped with bolts 11, and left and right side plates 1b of the bottom inner concrete form 1 are fixed on right positions. Then, concrete is fully filled in the volume of the concrete form. A top form base 4 is placed on a bottom form base 2 and inner concrete forms 1 and 3 are made in a body by jointing both clamping flanges 15 and 15' with bolts 16. Centrifugal molding is carried out by rotating this concrete form to mold a concrete column whose cross-section is square having no large hollow part inside.
