Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the reproducibility of measurement and to simplify the measurement, by automatically performing control so that a waveform is set to a secondary differential waveform and an output voltage value becomes a certain definite value and outputting a repeat signal when a pulse rate is not within a certain predetermined range.
