である。 １…シリンダ、２…駆動軸、３…ピニオン、７
…ピストン、９…ラツク、１０…加圧室、１１…
供給口、１２…Ｏリング、１３，１７…凹溝、１
４…給排気室、１６…連通口、１８…電磁弁。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダの内部にピニオンを有する駆動軸
を設け、このピニオンを挾んだ位置に一対のピス
トンをシリンダ内壁に摺動自在に設け、このピス
トンの摺動方向にそれぞれ設けたラツクを上記ピ
ニオンに対向させて噛合わせると共に、該ピスト
ンで囲繞した加圧室に加圧空気を供給する供給口
を設け、この供給口の外端面にＯリング装着用の
凹溝を形成したことを特徴とする空気圧アクチユ
エータ。 (2) 上記したピストンのそれぞれの外側とシリ
ンダの両端に設けたシリンダカバとで給排気室を
設け、この給排気室に連通した連通口を上記供給
口の近傍位置に設けて複作動式のシリンダとした
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の空気圧アク
チユエータ。 (3) シリンダの一端に排気孔を有するスプリン
グカバー内にスプリングを収納し、このスプリン
グの弾発力により一対のピストンを旧位に復帰さ
せるようにした単作動式のシリンダとした実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の空気圧アクチユエ
ータ。
