CONSTITUTION:Fine carbon particles 9 are filled in the pores of fired carbon forming a separator 2 and sealed to prevent the penetration of active material electrolyte through the pores. The fine conductive particles 9 increases conductive area within the separator 2, and the internal resistance of the separator is decreased and electrical loss in the separator is also reduced.
