Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a sealing section against the environmental temperature change and prevent the insulation deterioration at a high temperature by constituting a casing with the connection of ceramic and a metal material when surrounding multiple reed pieces made of a magnetic material and contacts provided on them with the casing. CONSTITUTION:A pair of reed pieces 1, 2 are formed with a ferromagnetic permalloy wire made of Ni 52% and Fe 48%, and contact sections are made flat by press machining. A fixed gap is set so that the reed pieces 1, 2 are overlapped at the contact sections and opened or closed by the preset magnetic force. Ceramic such as Al2O3 is used for a cylinder section 3 of a casing sealing the contacts, and an alloy made of Ni 29%, Co 17%, and Fe remainder is used for both end sections 4, 5. The cylinder section 3 and the both end sections 4, 5 are connected with silver solder 8, 9, outer ends of the reed pieces 1, 2 are soldered 6, 7 to both end sections 4, 5, and N2 gas is sealed inside.
