Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance operability while saving labor by providing a refrigeration circuit, a heat exchanging section and a circulation gas section, carrying cold generated from a G-M chiller on a carrying gas and cooling a section to be cooled thereby cooling an object, and generating a required temperature continuously using the chiller and keeping that temperature. CONSTITUTION: A refrigeration circuit comprises a compressor 6, a high pressure side gas piping 4, a low pressure side gas piping 5, a G-M chiller 1 and a compressor 6. A circulation gas piping 14 is branched from the gas piping 4 and comprises a closed circuit of valve V2 , high pressure side of a heat exchanger 8, a section 9 to be cooled, the heat exchanging section 2 of the G-M chiller 1, low pressure side of the heat exchanger 8, a valve V1 , the gas piping 4, and the compressor 6. Furthermore, a circulation pump 7, a valve V3 , high pressure side of a heat exchanger 8, a section 9 to be cooled, the heat exchanging section 2 of the G-M chiller 1, low pressure side of the heat exchanger 8, a valve V4 form a circulation pump circuit. Cooling is performed by cooled gas circulating the circulation gas piping 14. Since the section 9 is cooled by circulating refrigerant through the chiller 1, it can be cooled quickly and uniformly by making fine the pitch of gas piping even in case of a large object to be cooled.
