Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a beautiful decorative layer on the recorded pattern surface of substrate including paper and film by using a film made of adhesive resin having strong affinity with the binder in the ink used for forming the recording pattern. CONSTITUTION: The recording pattern 2 including characters, drawings, and pictures are printed on a substrate such as paper and film with the ink containing binder. The transfer sheet 3 consists of the base sheet 31, separating layer 32, single or plural decorative layer 33 and hot-melting adhesive resin layer 34 having strong affinity with the binder contained in the ink formed the printed pattern 2. The adhesive surface 34 is placed and thermally adhered with pressure facing to the surface of the substrate 1 on which the pattern 2 is recorded. The transfer sheet 3 is peeled off and the decorative layer 33 is achieved on the recorded pattern 2 intervened with the adhesive layer 34.
