されるようにした空気圧式アクチユエータにおい
て、上記吸気用電磁弁は、プランジヤを押圧する
弁ばねを固定鉄心の中心部を軸方向に貫通する大
気導入穴に通し、上記各電磁弁部を覆う外部カバ
ーと上記プランジヤ間に装着したことを特徴とす
