を固定して該ばね受けと該本体との間に第１のば
ねを設け、ピストンロツドの端部には該ばね受け
に当接して該ばね受けを押圧する押圧部材を取り
付けて該押圧部材と該シリンダ装置との間に該第
１のばねより強い第２のばねを設けたことを特徴
