が形成された本体と、該本体内に該弁口を開閉可
能に配置された弁体と、該本体に取り付けられた
シリンダ体と、該シリンダ体内に移動可能に設け
られていて該弁体とロツドを介して接続されたピ
ストンとを備え、該弁体が該弁口を閉じる方向に
該ピストンを該シリンダ体内のばねにより押圧す
る流体制御弁において、該弁体と該ピストンとの
間には該本体及び該シリンダ体を閉じるカバーを
配置して該ロツドを該カバーの貫通穴に通し、該
シリンダ体内にはばね受けを該シリンダ体に関し
て相対的に移動可能に設けて該シリンダ体の端壁
と該ばね受けとの間に該ばねを配置し、該ばね受
けを該シリンダ体に取り付けた保持装置により相
対移動はできるが分離しないようにし、該ピスト
ンを該ばね受けを介して該ばねにより押圧するこ
