Abstract
PURPOSE:To promote the improvement of wiping performance by providing injection nozzles, which jets pressure gas, fed from a pressure gas supplying means, toward a windshield glass or the like in a vehicle, and controlling the pressure gas supplying means in accordance with an output from a detecting means which detects rain, snow, etc. CONSTITUTION:Injection nozzles 4, jetting pressure gas toward a windshield glass (front window glass) 3, are mounted to the upper side in front of a car body, for instance, a bonnet 2 in an automobile 1. This injection nozzle 4 shields an opening formed in the bonnet 2, while a number of nozzles 4 (three in the drawing) are mounted on the bottom surface of a mounting plate 9 turnable around a pin 6. The mounting plate 9 is able to turn through a link 10 and an arm member 7 by sliding a geared wire 12 in the axial direction by an actuator 15 or a control lever 16. Each injection nozzle 4 is connected through a main flow pipe 18 to a pressure gas supplying means 17 actuated to be controlled in accordance with an output from a detecting means 27 detecting rain, snow, etc.
