Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the stabilization of a high tension output voltage and the suppression of distortion in an image, by connecting a reactor which generates a flyback pulse between coils at a low voltage side to the coil at the low voltage side of a flyback transformer, and providing at least a reactor core and a reactor coil at the reactor. CONSTITUTION:When a high tension current IH flows from a high voltage side coil 14 in the flyback transformer 8 to the anode of a CRT cathode-ray tube, the high tension output voltage EH supplied on the anode is decreased. When the high tension output voltage EH drops, a current IB which flows on a low voltage side coil 12 is increased, and the inductance LX of the reactor coil 22 is decreased. According to the above, the voltage of the flyback pulse generated between the low voltage side coils 12 is increased. By increasing the pulse voltage, a generated high tension output voltage EH is increased by the boosting of the flyback transformer 8, thereby, the decreased share of the high tension output voltage EH can be compensated, then, the high tension output voltage EH can be stabilized.
