Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress undesired displacement, by suppressing the supply of an abnormal voltage on an actuator based on the difference of the rise time of a source voltage. CONSTITUTION:In a servo circuit provided with a phase compensation circuit 1, a driver 2, and the actuator 3, the input terminal of the driver 2 is connected to a virtual ground via a transistor (Tr)11, and also, a power source terminal is connected to the virtual ground via a capacitor 12 and a resistor 13. Also, the base of the Tr11 is connected to the connection point 14 of those components. And when the difference exists in rise between the source voltage and the voltage of the virtual ground at the time of applying a power source, the voltage at the connection point 14 goes to the voltage clipped by the base- emitter voltage (VBE) of the Tr11. Thereby, since the Tr11 is energized in the period while the voltage at the connection point 14 stays at VBE, the DC gain of a servo loop can be reduced in the period. In such a way, it is possible to suppress the undesired displacement of an objective lens at the time of applying the power source.
