Abstract

PURPOSE:To discolor a construction error at the time of manufacture at an early stage, by providing a predetermined voltage source to one of electronic circuit units to be connected to each other and providing a detection circuit to the other and detecting the voltage sent through a cable. CONSTITUTION:When multicore cables 8, 9 are correctly connected, both of two inputs (a), (b) of an EXNOR 4 are low potential and the output (c) thereof becomes high potential. Therefore, almost no current flows to a light emitting diode 6 and said diode puts out lights. If at least one of the multicore cables 8, 9 are unconnected or not correctly connected by erroneous connection, one input signal (a) of the EXNOR 4 becomes high potential of 5 volt and, therefore, the output (c) of the EXNOR 4 becomes low potential. Therefore, a current flows to the light emitting diode 6 and said diode 6 lights to inform that connection is not normal and, in a control circuit, it can be detected that cable connection is abnormal, because the output (c) of the EXNOR 4 is low potential.
