【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は二、三輪車、特にクランク軸端部に配
設した強制空冷用冷却フアンと、この冷却フアン
に対向する吸込口を有する該冷却フアンを覆うフ
アンケースとを備えるエンジンを車体フレームに
搭載し、そのエンジンをエンジンカバーにより被
覆するようにした形式の二、三輪車におけるエン

において、前記エンジンカバーの一側面に冷気導
入兼点検口を開口すると共に、その冷気導入兼点
検口に前記吸込口を対向近接させるよう前記エン
ジンを配置し、前記エンジンカバーには、前記冷
気導入兼点検口を覆うルーバボードを着脱自在に

前記エンジンカバーには、前記冷気導入兼点検口
を覆うルーバボードを着脱自在に取付けたので、
エンジンの運転時には、冷却フアンの駆動により
冷気をエンジンカバー外よりルーバボードおよび
吸込口を通してエンジン本体周りに充分に吸込ん
でエンジンを強制冷却することができる。またエ
ンジンカバーを車体より取り外さなくてもルーバ
ボードを単にエンジンカバーより分離するだけ
で、前記フアンケースの吸込口したがつてクラン
ク軸端部や冷却フアン中央部を、前記冷気導入兼
点検口を通して外部に露出させることができるか
ら、エンジンの点火時期確認や冷却フアンの清掃
その他のメンテナンスを簡単に行うことができ、
