Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically cut a bean curd into definite-size bean curds cleanly and effectively so as to be easily packed by providing a pushing-out means for cutting the bean curd into definite shape bean curds under water in the longitudinal and transverse directions by putting the bean curd solidified inside a mold box on an elevating rack and by pushing it out toward the cutting edge from the inside of a mold box whose one side surface is opened. CONSTITUTION: After an elevating rack 12 is lowered under water inside a water tank 1, and a large-size bean curd is transferred front the mold box on the elevating rack 12 to a delivery table 3, this large-size bean curd is pushed out by a pushing-out means 4 toward a cutter 6 to cut it into a plurality of bar-shaped bean curds. Then, the bar-shaped bean curds pushed out on a receiving table 11 are successively pushed out by a horizontal pushing-out means 7 in the horizontal direction toward a quantitative pushing-out means 5, and further the bar-shaped bean curds being pushed out one by one by the quantitative pushing-out means 5 are regulated and stopped by an elevating guide 8 in a definite position. Thereafter, at the time of lowering of the elevating guide 8, the bar-shaped bean curd is further horizontally pushed out by a pushing-out/cutting means 9 toward a definite form cutting edge C, so that the bar-shaped bean curd is cut into definite-size bean curds under water.
