Abstract

CONSTITUTION:In a speaker consisting of a superconductive film 4, the planar diaphragm 5 and the electromagnet 6, the film 4 is formed of the yttrium superconductive film material on the surface of the diaphragm 5 by using a sputtering method or the like and formed at least one face of the diaphragm 5. At the time of driving the speaker, initially, the film 4 is cooled by a liquid nitrogen, a diamagnetism is generated in the vicinity of the temperature of the liquid nitrogen by using the magnet 6 and the diaphragm 5 of the speaker is vertically driven according to the strength of the magnetic field of the magnet 6. Thereby, the superconductive material forming the film on the diaphragm 5 is a strong diamagnetic material to improve the transforming efficiency by using the Meissner effect of a phenomenon repulsive from the magnet to a maximum degree and attain the high efficiency with the simple structure.
